OutPostX grew out of running real adventure tours — multi-day, multi-stage, multi-vehicle expeditions where Excel and email stop scaling about three weeks before departure. Every feature exists because someone needed it on a real trip.

OutPostX is developed by Nexlo (Pty) Ltd, based in Paarl, South Africa, working with operators across Africa and Europe. The platform is multi-tenant from day one because adventure tour operators have a lot in common — and the parts that aren't common (your tours, your suppliers, your team, your guests) stay strictly yours.

What we believe

• Operations is the product. Marketing tools are a dime a dozen. Operations tools that survive departure week are rare.
• Your data stays yours. Multi-tenant is an architectural choice, not a permission slip. Strict isolation enforced at the database level.
• Boring is a feature. Tour operators are running real money and real safety. Software should be predictable, not surprising.
